Laura Anderson

Laura is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s People Advisory Services practice is based in the Dallas office. She leads the Employee Benefits Compliance Services Group, which provides Form 5500 preparation services for over 1,500 employee benefit plans. Her areas of specialization include preparation and review of Forms 5500, tax reviews of employee benefit plan audits, retirement plan compliance reviews, benefit assimilation and vendor management, and vendor search and selection.

Laura has over 15 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, primarily in the areas of ERISA compliance and benefit plans. She has extensive experience in the preparation and review of Forms 5500, tax status reviews of employee benefit plan audits and Retirement Plan Compliance Reviews. She has also assisted clients with the preparation of Forms 5330, and submissions to the Department of Labor’s Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance and Voluntary Fiduciary Compliance Programs.
