Debbie Packer is a Director in the New York City office of PwC’s Global Human Resources Solutions Group. She consults on a wide variety of issues relating to employee benefits, primarily in the area of ERISA compliance. Ms. Packer has specialized in the employee benefits field for over 30 years. She has extensive experience in employee benefit plan drafting, retirement plan compliance audits, plan sponsor representation in IRS audits and in the preparation and review of Forms 5500. Prior to joining PwC in 1995, Ms. Packer worked at several New York City law firms.
Mr. Albert has been the Chief of the Division of Reporting Compliance since 2000. He has over ten years of public accounting experience managing audits of qualified employee benefit plans, P & C insurance companies and health care providers. His current responsibilities include maintaining a multifaceted reporting compliance program that utilizes compliance assistance, voluntary compliance and traditional enforcement strategies.
Laura is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s People Advisory Services practice is based in the Dallas office. She leads the Employee Benefits Compliance Services Group, which provides Form 5500 preparation services for over 1,500 employee benefit plans. Her areas of specialization include preparation and review of Forms 5500, tax reviews of employee benefit plan audits, retirement plan compliance reviews, benefit assimilation and vendor management, and vendor search and selection.
Mike supports the annual plan year end reporting package, Form 5500 service and auditor support for Fidelity Investments. For the past 16 years, he has provided internal support to Client Services as well as external support to Fidelity clients and their auditors as it relates to the preparation of plan financial statements and Form 5500 filings. Mike’s responsibilities include monitoring regulatory/reporting changes and collaborating with technology teams to define business requirements, and to develop and deploy reporting solutions.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY Kim is a managing director in BDO’s Compensation and Benefit Services practice. She supervises a team of retirement professionals and is responsible for all aspects of retirement plan administration, including plan administration, plan valuations, nondiscrimination testing, ERISA, and tax compliance. Kimberly is also responsible for medical plan design and administration, including welfare benefit, Section 125 plans, health reimbursement arrangements and health savings accounts and specializes in the Affordable Care Act.
