Jill Harris is a Senior Director in the Washington, DC National Tax office of RSM. Jill assists clients throughout the firm with planning and compliance issues for all types of employee benefit plans including health and welfare plans, retirement plans and fringe benefits. She is the firm’s lead specialist on the Affordable Care Act and health care reform matters. She also works closely with the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice on tax and ERISA issues.
