Levels

Basic

This session is appropriate for all types of professionals learning to apply skills to employee benefit plans. At the completion of attending foundational sessions, attendees will be aware of regulations, policies and procedures as each relate to administering a plan or engaging in compliance or general audit work.

Intermediate

This session is appropriate for all types of professionals with moderate experience with employee benefit plans. At the completion of attending intermediate sessions, attendees will be able to apply and identify regulations, policies and procedures as each relate to administering a plan or engaging in compliance or general audit work. Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of qualified retirement/ERISA plans. General employee benefit plan experience.

Advanced

This session is appropriate for all types of professionals with a strong knowledge base in, and extensive experience with, employee benefit plans. At the completion of attending advanced sessions, attendees will be able to evaluate and analyze effect of regulations, policies and procedures on administering a plan or engaging in compliance or general audit work. Prerequisite: Extensive qualified retirement/ERISA plans/employee benefit plan knowledge or experience.
